Shipping:

We ship orders via Priority / First Class Mail or UPS ground. Larger orders are more likely to be UPS. Our shipping and handling rates are listed below. Please supply us with both your Post Office address and street address if they differ. UPS 2-Day and Next Day delivery are also available. We can quote rates to international destinations if provided the contents of the order and the address.

Domestic Shipping and Handling Rates:

Shipping gifts to friends or family? We will ship to what ever address you specify. We can include a gift card, but we don’t gift wrap (sorry). Each delivery address must be processed as a separate order.

Returns: For items that are defective or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the situation. For items you wish to return for other reasons, we will accept returns for refund or credit, if within 30 days of date of purchase. We do not refund shipping costs.

Guarantee: Maple Landmark guarantees its product unconditionally against defects or breakage. If at any time you experience a problem with any product, return it to us (shipping paid) and we will repair or replace the item at no charge and return it to you. Sorry, but we do not supply "fix-it-yourself" parts, repairs are done by us.

Privacy: All customer information collected by us is for our use only in the processing of your order and to give you appropriate customer support. Phone numbers are only for the case of a problem with your order. Postal and email addresses may be used, by us, for occasional promotions and notices. (For example, we typically mail one catalog per year.) If you desire not to receive these, please notify us.

Wood: We use native northeastern lumber, primarily hard maple and pine. For some items, as labeled, we also use cherry. Our state of the art production processes assure high yield with minimal waste. Finish: We use only non-toxic finishes, and our colors are stains, not paints, so the beauty of the wood is always visible. All surfaces and edges are sanded smooth for safety. More...

Compatibility: Our NameTrains and track items are generally compatible with the similiar wooden track systems of other companies. As well, parts like cribbage pegs and mancala stones are to the same standard as most other manufacturers.

Safety and Age Recommendations: All of our products with small parts or moving wheels should be considered for ages three and up. Since Maple Landmark specializes in products teaching children letters and other shapes from their environment, preschool is the appropriate age range for the trains and similiar products. As kids begin school, they will take interest in our games such as tic-tac-toe and dominoes. They can then progress into mancala, solitaire games, and finally complex card games like cribbage.
